Curious about what happens if you win a CF giveaway? We’re happy to walk you through it!

Every week we run a few different giveaways for our valued members. Most of our giveaways involve signing up on our site – more on that below – and entering your information. For these giveaways, the winner is always randomly selected from the database of entrants. We receive a digest with the randomly selected winner’s name, electronic mail address, postal address, and phone number. Normally we send a message to the winner’s inbox to let them know that they’ve won and ask for a confirmation of their address. If the prize is very valuable, we may call the winner by phone.

If you win a CF giveaway, it is very important that you open this message or answer our call and confirm your address. Please note that no samples or winnings will be sent until the postal address of the winner has been confirmed by the winning member. We hope you understand that it is very important to us to ship samples and other winnings to the correct address; we don’t want you to miss out on your samples because of a misspelled house number or mistaken zip code! Therefore, please be very careful when entering your contact information and please be sure to confirm your postal address in full – zip code included!

Please note: It is our policy to contact each and every CF giveaway winner to confirm their mailing address. If you do not want to receive messages from us, please do not sign up for our site or any CF giveaways. We will not be held responsible for any messages you receive after signing up for CF or one of our giveaways. Please be careful when entering your personal information and contact credentials on our site and around the Web.

All samples, gift cards, products, coupons, and/or any other giveaway winnings will be shipped via USPS Ground within one (1) week of address confirmation. All samples and other winnings are ineligible for exchange or return – NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not message us asking for returns, refunds, or sample exchanges. Requests for exchanges and returns will not be answered, so please be respectful of your time and ours. Furthermore, we NEVER accept or request any credit card or payment information for giveaways, sample offer, or sign-up purposes – for ANY reason. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for giveaway winnings, sample offers, sample boxes, or any other reason. If you require a refund for any items you have purchased, please determine the name of the site where you made the purchase, and reach out to them to initiate the return or refund process. In no event will CF or its representatives send money or be involved in monetary transactions of any kind with CF members.

Keeping in mind that unforeseeable shipping or delivery issues may occur, please allow 1-2 weeks for the shipment and delivery of all giveaway winnings, after confirming your mailing information. All CF sample boxes and other giveaway winnings are shipped directly from our office to your home via standard USPS Ground shipping. We handle 100% of the packaging, labeling, and mailing in-house to be sure you get your samples in a timely fashion.

Please reach out to us if you are still waiting for your samples after 2 or more weeks have passed. If your samples arrive incomplete or damaged, let us know and we will ship out new samples to you as soon as we can. We treasure our members’ happiness above all else, so please let us know if there is anything we can do for you!

Giveaways

The only giveaways we are responsible for are CF giveaways: this includes our Weekly Sample Box Giveaway, weekly #WildcardWednesday Giveaway, and any other seasonal or temporary CF giveaways ONLY. If you did not sign up for the giveaway on www.CatchyFreebies.com, it is not a CF giveaway. Please do not contact us with questions, comments, suggestions, or complaints regarding non-CF giveaways. We will be unable to field any requests pertaining to giveaways not hosted on our site, so please keep that in mind and be respectful of our time as well as yours. If you have questions about a non-CF giveaway, please identify the company offering the deal and find their contact form. Usually if you check the footer or the bottom of the page, there should be a Contact link or other contact information.

In order to enter a CF giveaway, you must provide your first and last name, a valid US postal address, active US phone number, valid electronic mail address, and date of birth. This information is required to verify your age (all CF members must have passed their 18th birthdays) as well as to help us verify your mailing address. Please note that we may use your electronic mail address to reach out to you regarding giveaways and sample offers. We will also use your digital mail credentials to contact you if you win a CF giveaway, as discussed above.

When signing up for a CF giveaway, please double-check all spelling and numerical digits in your mailing information so as to avoid any confusion or mistakes. Please note: members who do not provide valid US postal address, electronic mail details, date of birth, and phone number will be ineligible to win a CF giveaway.

If you have signed up for a CF giveaway, make sure you’re checking your inbox for correspondence from us. If requested, please confirm your postal details so we can make sure you get your giveaway winnings as soon as possible. Let us know if you have any questions!
