Giveaway Rules
There are a few important things to keep in mind when signing up for a CF giveaway. In order to sign up, you will need to provide your name, a valid postal address, valid electronic mail address, United States phone number, and date of birth. We require this information to verify your age (all CF members must be 18 years of age or older) as well as to help us verify your mailing address. Please note we may use your electronic mail address to contact you with information about the giveaway and other sample offers. We will also use this address to contact you in the event that you win a CF giveaway, in order to confirm your valid mailing address where samples can be sent.
It is our policy to always contact CF giveaway winners to confirm their postal address. If you do not wish to receive electronic mail correspondence from us, please do not sign up for our site or giveaways; if you wish to remove yourself from our mailing list, please click here and enter the electronic mail address you used to sign up.
When signing up for a CF giveaway, please double-check the spelling and all numerical digits in your mailing address so as to avoid any potential confusion or mistakes. Members who do not provide valid postal address, electronic mail address, age verification, and US phone number will not be eligible to win a giveaway.
If you have signed up for a giveaway, please be sure to check your inbox for correspondence from us. If asked, please confirm your mailing address details so we can make sure you get your samples. It is very important that you respond as soon as possible if you are a CF giveaway winner. All CF giveaway winnings and sample boxes are shipped directly from us to you via USPS – we handle all packaging, labeling, and mailing ourselves to be sure you get your samples.
Returns & Refunds
Without exception, all giveaway samples, gift cards, coupons, products, and any other winnings will be shipped via USPS Ground within one (1) week of address confirmation. Winnings are ineligible for exchange or return, in any event – no exceptions will be allowed. Please do not message us asking for returns, refunds, or exchanges of samples. Requests for returns or exchanges will not be answered or honored, so please be respectful of our time and yours.
On the CF site, we NEVER accept or request any credit card or payment information for giveaways, sample offer, or sign-up purposes. Therefore, CF does not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns for giveaway winnings, sample offers, sample boxes, coupons, or any other reason. If you require a refund for any items you have purchased, please determine the name of the site where you made the purchase, and reach out to them to initiate the return or refund process. Because we do not have a platform for selling items or for collecting credit or payment credentials, we can guarantee you did not purchase anything via the CF site. If, due to some shipping or delivery error, postage is due upon receipt of your winnings, we will send you another sample box equal to or greater than the value of the postage due paid upon receipt. In no event will CF or its representatives send money or be involved in monetary transactions of any kind with CF members.
Excepting unforeseen shipment issues, please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing and shipping of all giveaway winnings, after you have confirmed your postal information. Please contact us if you are still waiting for your samples at that time. If your sample shipment arrives incomplete or damaged, let us know and we will get new samples sent to you as soon as we can. We value our members’ happiness above all else, so don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s something we can do for you! We appreciate your patience while we investigate any issues you may have.
