You’ll get a welcome message in your inbox with your temporary member username and password, which we encourage you to change to a secure combination you’ll remember. Be sure to add us to your Contacts, too. That way, you’ll never miss a message!
After you sign up, you’ll begin receiving sample offers you can claim, plus a newsletter sharing some of our top samples and blog posts! When you receive a sample offer you want to claim, simply open the message and follow all instructions. You will probably need to click a link and enter your information and/or take a short survey. Some of our offers do require a small shipping fee or paid participation, but this will be noted in our message to you. For all of our sample offers, please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and shipping.

While you’re browsing CF, don’t miss out on our Community page and Member Dashboard! On our Community page you can see all of our giveaway winners, including pictures of the samples they’ve won! You can see your Dashboard when you sign in to CF – this is where you’ll see the samples you added to your favorites as well as your recently browsed offers. You can also browse our member forum to find even more money-saving tips and tricks, or share your own!

When you win a CF giveaway, you will receive a message requesting a confirmation of your mailing address so we can be sure we’re sending your samples to the right place. It’s very important that you respond to confirm your address if you are one of our winners, so make sure to check daily! We ship all samples directly to you from our office so we can be sure you’re getting the samples you won.
All giveaway winnings, including samples, sample boxes, and gift cards, will be mailed via USPS Ground, and are not eligible for return. Generally samples should be received by the winner within 1-2 weeks of confirming their address. Please let us know if you have not received your samples within this time period, or if your shipment was damaged or incomplete. We are happy to remedy any problems related to the receipt of sample winnings, within reason and to the best of our ability.
