Winning samples from CatchyFreebies is always a thrill! Winning is exciting and the samples are great- they’re always something that you can use! Like Purell, for example. A little bottle of Purell is an essential- in your bag, in your car, in your office- because it’s a convenient way to keep germs away. Did you know that there are lots of other cool hand sanitizer hacks?
DIY Makeup Brush Cleaner:
It’s important to clean your makeup brushes regularly to remove germs that collect on them and to help keep them in good condition. Squeeze a small amount of hand sanitizer onto your palm and swirl your brush around in it to saturate your brush, then wipe off on a tissue or paper towel. If your brush is really dirty you can repeat this to thoroughly remove all the makeup. Voila! Clean brushes!
DIY Deodorant:
It happens to the best of us: you forget to apply deodorant one day, or maybe it just fails on you for whatever reason. Yuck! But in a pinch, your trusty bottle of hand sanitizer can save the day. Apply it and it will kill the smelly bacteria.
DIY Phone Cleaner:
If you knew how germy your phone is you’d never want to touch it to your face! Apply some hand sanitizer to a paper towel and wipe your phone clean. The grime and fingerprints will disappear, too.
DIY Zit Treatment:
The alcohol in hand sanitizer will help dry a pimple. Dab a drop directly to the zit and relieve itching and redness.
DIY Whiteboard Cleaner:
Squeeze some onto a paper towel and wipe. You can repeat if necessary, then just wait for it to dry before writing again.
